The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a full-time permanent Public Health Nurse in the Children, Youth and Families program.
This is a Public Health Nurse position on the Children, Youth and Families team, working to plan, implement and evaluate Healthy Growth & Development related programs with community partners and priority populations. Programming and projects aim to prevent and mitigate the impacts of SDOH on equity-deserving populations, and develop and participate in strategies to advance SDOH work and reduce health inequities within the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
Triple P and Circle of Security training is preferred.
