COVID-19 Outbreak Declared at Hogarth Riverview Manor (2S) - Bluebell Resident Home Area

May 4, 2022 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and St. Joseph’s Care Group confirm that the COVID-19 outbreak previously declared at Hogarth Riverview Manor, Lavender home resident area (2N) has now been expanded to include the Bluebell resident home area (2S).

TBDHU has initiated a thorough assessment of the situation. Further measures will be taken as needed to manage this situation.
