COVID-19 Outbreak Declared at Hogarth Riverview Manor – Tulip Resident Home Area (6S)

May 9, 2022 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and St. Joseph’s Care Group confirm that the COVID-19 outbreak previously declared at Hogarth Riverview Manor, Rose resident home area (6N) has now been expanded to include the Tulip resident home area (6S).

TBDHU has initiated a thorough assessment of the situation. Further measures will be taken as needed to manage this situation.
