COVID-19 Outbreak Declared Over at Chartwell Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence

November 10, 2022 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Chartwell Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence announce that the outbreak at the facility in Thunder Bay is now over.

Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility. Expanded precautions were implemented for the duration of the outbreak.
