COVID-19 Outbreak Declared Over at St. Joseph’s Hospital – 2 South

April 21, 2022 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and St. Joseph’s Care Group announce that the outbreak at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 2 South, in Thunder Bay is now over.

Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility. Expanded precautions were implemented for the duration of the outbreak.

The outbreak at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Medically Complex Services (2 North) remains in place at this time.
