This document provides guidance on how to complete the application for a sewage treatment system in the Thunder Bay District.

There are two ways to get an application package::

Pick one up from the TBDHU office in Thunder Bay at 999 Balmoral Street (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm)
Call to have one mailed to you; 807-625-5900 or toll-free 1-888-294-6630 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm)

NOTE: The Ontario Building Code (OBC) Regulations outline the min. legal requirements for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of sewage systems. Additional requirements will usually be identified during the initial site inspection performed by the inspector.
