For women who have used prescription, street drugs or methadone, there are often fears about what this use will mean for the baby. There is help available for women during the pregnancy to reduce harm to themselves and the baby. This booklet highlights harm reduction, community resources, and some of the effects of drugs on your baby and how you can help. Knowing what to expect and who can help you and your baby is important for you as you progress through your pregnancy.
