COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Rural Communities

For residents of Oliver Paipoonge, Neebing, O’Connor, Conmee, Gillies and nearby unincorporated areas: 

  • First Dose
    • Anyone 12 years of age and over is eligible.
  • Second Dose
    • Individuals 70 years of age and older, provided it has been at least 28 days since their first dose.
    • Individuals who received their first dose on or before April 18, 2021.
    • Note that for second doses, individuals will receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Individuals who received the Moderna vaccine for their first dose can receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for their second dose if they choose. Due to supply limitation, the Moderna vaccine will not be available at this clinic.

Proof of address (such as a driver’s license or utility bill) will be required. Please remember to bring your health card to your appointment if available.

Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins will be accommodated as supply allows.
