Immunization of School Pupils Act

1. Elementary Schools (SK to Grade 8) - Thunder Bay

Suspended students have the following options:

  • Get the vaccine they need by walk-in: 
    • April 15 & 16: Walk-in clinics at the CLE Coliseum between 9:30am and 5:00pm on April 15 and 9:30am and 4:00pm on April 16; 425 Northern Avenue
    • April 17 to May 14: Walk-in clinics at TBDHU Main Office from Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 3:30pm; 999 Balmoral Street
  • Report the vaccine they’ve already received:  Follow steps at TBDHU.com/vaxreport or call 807-625-5908 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm). Please allow 24 hours for a student`s record to be updated after any vaccine information is submitted to TBDHU.
  • File an exemption: Call 807-625-5908 (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm).

2. High Schools - Thunder Bay

Suspended high school students have the following options:

  • Get the vaccine they need by walk-in: Visit the TBDHU Clinic at 999 Balmoral (Mon-Fri) between 9am and 3:30pm.
  • Report the vaccine they’ve already received:  Follow steps at TBDHU.com/vaxreport or call 807-625-5908 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm). Please allow 24 hours for a student`s record to be updated after any vaccine information is submitted to TBDHU.
  • File an exemption: Call 807-625-5908 (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm).
